Clemson Cooperative Extension gives 60–75 minutes for a 3–4 lb bird; Weber gives 60–90 for a 3½–4½ lb bird in its chart and 75 and 90 minutes in two other documents. Every window overlaps every other, so they formed one cluster and were combined as a UNION — 60 to 90 minutes — not a mean, which would have been about 76 and would have described none of them. The two Weber figures of 75 and 90 do not overlap each other, and are treated as a spread within one publisher rather than a disagreement, because a publisher does not dispute itself.
